the band is indeed tear-resistant. I’ve used it extensively in my workouts and it shows no signs of wear and tear. The resistance level is perfect for a variety of exercises, from stretching to strengthening workouts, providing just the right amount of challenge.I appreciate that the band is also odor-free and doesn’t have the typical ‘rubbery’ smell that some new exercise equipment tends to have. It’s easy to clean and rolls up compactly, making it great for both home use and taking along to the gym or therapy sessions.

It is good for beginners with low body frame or people below 5.5 Feet. Stretch is good price wise but lengthwise is small.

Ok quality, bit short in length for doing regular excercises. catching dust easily hence become messy in use.

The product is made up of good quality rubber and about 4 feet long, best for streching, physio and gym exercises.

This product has some more resistance.. because it doesn't show how resistance it can hold...like it hold approx heavy resistance band in other brand...I expected medium and light ..but it's okay I can use it for others exercise also
