I am new to using this product. The instructions were slightly confusing, though with some practice it worked. I was surprised that the EMS settings needed to be fairly high prior to feeling the vibrations. It is working well for my situation, as indicated by the product. I am pleased with the purchase and use it regularly.

Unfortunately I've had over 20 years of experience with back and neck pain. I have a cage fusing vertebrae in my neck and looking at another spinal surgery. I had another Tens unit that was paid for by my health insurance years ago. But it was huge and you had to plug it in to an outlet so you were stuck in place.This set has a much smaller device that can easily clip onto your pants or I stuck it in the pocket of my leggings. Each channel can be adjusted separately and each channel can have 2 electrodes attached for a total of 8 pads at a time. The pads all come sealed in a bag with a tear away strip across the top. So you know they've been kept sanitary and not used. Since the pads are reusable, the provided pads should last a really long time. I have a few family members with similar aches and pains so they can each have their own set of pads. I have not tried it for "belly fat" but given how it makes your muscle contract or "flex", I would imagine it would be similar to the ab waist belts that provide an electrical pulse and similar to doing sit ups. The downside to those, it's a predetermined area where the sensors are and not adjustable. If using this unit you can place a pad directly over the ab muscle you'd like to contract. Overall, whether it's for pain relief or muscle strengthening it seems to work well and has definitely helped me!

Thankfully modern tech to the rescue one can acquire USB-C rechargeable AA batteries and avoid spending the bank, long term.This 4 channel unit has 5 tens modes and 3 rmd modes. Each has adjustments for Pulse width, frequency, and time with ems further allowing adjustments for ramp and time on and time off.It does its job as well as most other units zapping the pain and enhancing strength training. This comes in a hard plastic case with interior cutouts for the unit, wires and batteries. Also included is a very comprehensive manual It fairly clearly takes you step by step describing how to make it do its thing. Also included are about 60 electrodes in two sizes, 2”x2” squares and 2”x4” rectangles.I have four quibbles with the unit:First is with the batteries it’s fairly heavy which makes holding it or carrying it fatiguingSecond throwback tech with the batteries as power source.Third is how complicated it is to use.Fourth it is pretty pricey for throwback technology when similar rechargeable units cost less.
