The canopy is good but the package bag for canopy is damaged

We received a used product

have a side business of handmade items and sell at craft fairs and such throughout the year. Previous to purchasing this canopy, I was limited to what locations/events I could join because I could not put up my canopy by myself if needed. First time out of the box (and every time after), was the simplest set up! I'm 5' 2" and had no problem getting this set up all the way to it's tallest.The canopy materially is a little lighter weight than I was hoping for, but it provides great sun and rain coverage. I was caught in a downpour soon after the attached pictures were taken and by dropping the legs to the lowest position, was able to save my products from the rain! This event was in a wide open field and there was a bit of wind - especially as the storm blew in - but with weight on the legs, the canopy was very secure.This canopy was advertised in many colors, but I chose this red pattern because it is easy for people to find me in a see of white and blue canopies. (my other canopy is red also - it's part of my business design colors). The last event I did had over 60 vendors and my regular customers told me they knew exactly which tent was mine!Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a canopy.
