Works amazing! I was goofing around with it before college and this is so much better than a normal printer.

Right out of the box I was impressed by the outward quality of the printer as well as the included case for it. This has the look and the feel of an expensive printer and you can't get much smaller than this for any type of printer. This is a thermal printer and therefore no ink or cartridges are needed to operate. There are several sheets of thermal paper included with this set, but additional thermal paper will need to be purchased. Be aware that because it is a thermal printer, the quality is not up to par with a laser printer or even an inkjet printer. The print quality is similar to a fax machine print out. When printing, it is a little noisy but not a huge concern. It took about five seconds for the print to fully process.The printer itself is great, but the documentation is anything but. I am an experienced computer user with a background in computer technical support. I found the instructions for installing the driver to be confusing. The documentation for operating the printer was lacking as well. Here are my issues:* What does it mean when the On/Off button is flashing?* What direction should the paper be loaded?* The driver download is a .rar file. There are no instructions if you are not familiar with compressed files.* After the file was uncompressed and installed, a reboot was necessary. After the reboot no further instructions were given. I knew to check the driver install in the print queue but others may not and think that nothing occurred on the install.* The USB-C to USB-C port on my computer did not work. The printer could not communicate with the laptop.* I tried connecting with Bluetooth but the printer was never recognized. I did not try connecting via Bluetooth on my cellphone.* The USB-A did work.* Only certain types of files would print. I tried four types of files and only two of them printed correctly.In the final analysis, I would consider this a pretty good portable thermal printer if you have the patience and tech savvy to get it set up correctly and through trial and error, learn how to operate it. Otherwise, I would steer clear.My final comment is that the documentation needs to be completely redone. I wish manufacturers would stop providing these abbreviated instructions in order to make the product appear easy to set up and operate. They are doing the opposite by providing inadequate documentation and assuming that the end user has all the necessary skills and understanding.

This printer is very easy to use and the customer service is phenomenal! Definitely recommend!

Good printer for the price, but:1. Don't expect standard- or laser-quality print quality;2. Be aware that to print from a PC or mac, a wired connection is required (bluetooth connection doesn't work).3. You should use the cable supplied with the printer to charge and/or print.
