Very happy with the newer version
Upgraded from my previous version. The face is very readable, the battery life is great, the ecg, spo2, and breaths per minutes are as nice features. Very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to many years if service life like the previous version

Retuning customer
I had a previous model that made me buy this one. Love this one too. Great smart watch features with extended battery life.

Love the watch- the app can improve.
Watch is beautiful-I love that it doesn’t have a giant face and fits nicely on my wrist. The gps works well with a I-phone and it has many useful trackers such as Heart rate and body temp. The sleep tracking is nice but the app is not as nice as Garmin or the old fit-bit. It combines deep sleep with rem instead of breaking them down which is not a huge deal but would be nice to see. Also, if you wake up and can’t go back to sleep for a while it tracks the first half as a nap and only the second half gets analyzed and counted as sleep. The O2 saturation is only on demand. I’ve worn the watch continuously for 9 days using power settings to maximize battery and it is at 61%. So 30 days might be pushing it.

Very disappointing
The watch hasn’t held a charge from the time I bought it and Withings customer service has been terrible. I do not recommend.

Beware crown failure.
Crown eventually stops responding to clocks and rotations. Beautiful watch, generally ok function, but this issue causes the watch to become inoperable. Do we have replacement parts available???

No support whatsoever
This is my second Withings Scanwatch and I won’t buy another. After running into a hardware issue that caused the $349 watch to quit working after only 5 months I CANNOT get help from Withings or Amazon to replace the watch. Withings (on their chat window through the app which is almost impossible to use and after chatting with one person once I have not been able to get in contact with Withings again!) said that Amazon will honor the 2 year warranty and to contact their customer support - which I did. After over an hour on the phone with Amazon I was told that they would not honor the warranty and to contact the manufacturer - which I have tried to do for over an hour now. I cannot find a number to call. I cannot get them to respond to chat requests. I am stuck with a $349 watch that WILL NOT WORK and NO-ONE will help me resolve the issue. I would recommend looking at other smart watches that will actually work and that could not possibly have a worse customer service department.I cannot remember who said it but someone said that the worst thing to ever happen to companies in this era is the invention of customer service! It removes the people that need to hear about the problems with their products from ever hearing what the problems actually are. The CEO’s and COO’s never know what the customer is dealing with because they are ‘above’ that level. The companies that provide products for consumer use are not in it to provide superior products but products that are cheap to produce but can be sold at a premium price. It’s a sad situation I think! Look elsewhere if you want a product that the company will actually stand behind.
