Superb value for money ! Delivered and set up within minutes. Copied old hard drives straight over and works like a dream. I just use pc's mainly for music (as I'm a DJ) and this is fast with loads of storage. Graphics card more than adequate - I'm not a PC gamer so not fussed about this. All in all an absolute bargain replacement PC !!!

The Hewlett packard EliteDesk is an excellent work machine for everyday computing tasks and can run x86 and x64 architecture. The SFF design is good for overlooking and quickly swapping out devices for testing etc. With 16gb ram memory, Intel i5 processor and solid state drive added is enough performance and you might find yourself keeping the box nearby for easy access to browse, email, download a file or play media.It can even run Windows 11, although may not run modern games very well, and you need small form factor upgrades. Great recommended starter box, and good value for money.

I have purchased desk top pc's from Amazon in the past and have always been pleased with with what I received. This one excelled, it arrived as specified in a plain box, but securely packaged and when opened I found what looked like a brand new pc. It was immaculate, not a sign of previous use. Set it up and still nothing to fault it, it was so quiet at first, until the screen woke up I thought it was faulty, but no, it was fast and brilliant. I do not do gaming, so cannot comment on that but if you want a fast reactive pc look no further, I would definately reccomend this product.

This computer ran just fine until 14 months of use. I'm now informed that I have to 'Activate Windows'. I contacted the seller and asked if my copy of Windows is illegal. When I run Windows Defender it has been asked to exclude 2 specific files (by the seller, I presume) and while googling what these files are it seems they're excluded from a search so they don't identify that the copy of Windows installed is illegal. The seller informed me that they don't sell computers with illegal software, and when I then asked how I can activate Windows and get rid of the annoying screen setting he just said 'You can activate Windows by phone'. Nothing more than that. A reply which was useless in the extreme. No indication as to WHY I'm now being asked to activate Windows and no reason as to why my computer has a copy of Windows that fails in 14 months. The help from the company is laughable. The computer still works, albeit with a few annoying things that can't be changed until Windows is updated. Needless to say I'd NEVER buy from this company ever again.

Arrived quickly and well packaged -- everything in good working order.I ordered the 1TB drive version sold by SEremarketing, and they included a free USB WIFI dongle which I wasn't expecting. The processor was a quad core I5-4570 as described, with 8GB RAM (2 * 4GB sticks, 2 free slots). A fresh install of Windows 10 Pro was on the hard disk.Inside the case there is room for another SATA hard drive, more memory and a "low profile" graphics card (a low profile Nvidia 1030 or 1050TI can go in for gaming if that is what you are interested in -- youtube has lots of videos about how you can upgrade this model).There are no HDMI ports, but there are 2 digital "DisplayPort" ports -- if you need HDMI, HDMI to DisplayPort adapters are only a few pounds.

Liked that it came quickly, but it has not lived up to expectations, photoshop can't run properly as it has not got the processor that is required. And having it tested its not got what it was advertised with.

My PC runs like new. Refurb well done. Very pleased with it.Checked this model out on Youtube, it is compact and of clever design, it is possible to add an ssd in a specially designed compartment and also another one for adding another HDD. 4 RAM slots so easy to upgrade.I later added an ssd took me less then half an hour to fit after transferring OS to it.
