I use in my bread maker. Add ingredients and turn on. Full 1/2 loaf of bread in 2:50 min. Need 3 eggs. But if can’t find or too expensive due to trump BAD economy and ANTI science actions- u can find powdered eggs- real expensive too. There are some substitutes for eggs which is cooking oil & cream of tarter ( olive oil but due to trump taxes/tariffs now one 12 oz of olive pile is $30 vs $5 just 3 months ago. Good times we had in 2024)

The bread is very tasty and I am able to make it using my bread maker.

This is a great gluten free option and you do not need to do flour and egg and bread crumbs, it works great on plain chicken cutlet fried and also baked in the oven if you put a little olive oil on top when baking. Celiac friendly!

If you like spicy foods, this is for you. I don’t really care for spicy, but it’s so good that I can’t help myself lol

They are light and fluffy! The directions call for heavy cream, an Tb of vinegar, and an egg. I didn’t have enough cream, so I used a cup of plain yogurt. Melt in your mouth biscuits that you wouldn’t know are gf. I’ve tried Pamela’s and XO, to disappointing results

I like the idea that it's whole grain not just rice flour like lots of gluten-free mixes are. I like pepper there's very detailed instructions on the package.What I don't like is that in spite of following the instructions very closely the bread was very dense, did not rise much, was overly chewy and the flavor was just a little sour/strong.For the price the quality was not there and I would not purchase this again.Still searching for that perfect GF bread mix!
