As cheapish android phones go, it's ok
I bought this on a trip when my old iPhone died. We used to travel without phones... now it's hard not to.The selling points were that it was inexpensive, available in the remote area of the world I was in, ran all the software I needed for the trip, and took my SIM. Also, if it failed, it's not as if I bought an iPhone I then couldn't get warranty service for. If I had a more recent iPhone, I would have been unable to transfer the SIM, adding complication.Plusses:It runs everything from the Android store I have needed.Its camera takes reasonably good photos—not iPhone 11 quality, but good enough for receipts and casual photos. The camera is a bit slow.Bluetooth works fine, and it has a decent enough selection of cell bands.Supports two sims.Gorilla glass.Battery is good for two days of reasonable use.USB-C.It did what I needed.Minuses:It is SLOW. Stutters on low res video play and opening apps is pretty slow.It has worse cell coverage than my iPhone. No service or worse service.The volume doesn't go high enough. Not a problem if I use a bluetooth headset.No NFC.The screen is dim.The fingerprint reader is on the side and positioned so that it falsely triggers repeatedly based on natural phone positioning (finding an invalid fingerprint)720p display is low enough resolution that photos it takes, that are pretty good, don't look it when displayed on the phone.Android GO is definitely cut down. I am not a fan, but it has worked well enough.
