Well, this book needs more research on the division of ethnic cusine preparation procedure, and all translation translated to English is absolutely erroneus and meager. For instance the menu preparation note translated by Poonam RL Rana, bring the heat of chilli from Jiri, fermented radish is not what the paragraph says, sinki means fermented spinach that is dug underground, and heat of chilli is actually from Rishing not Jiri.
