I bought this cute book bag for my 8th grade daughter for school. After two weeks the zipper just came right off as she was walking and all her books fell out. She had to walk the whole day in school with her books in her hand. And this happened the day after the return window closed , now I’m out $30 and I have to buy a whole new book bag.

super cute, the backpack came with all the straps undone so it took me a while to put it all together but I've used it for a while & it has held up. I liked the keychain that came with it, it was a fun accessory.
