Compact and durable
This case is compact but has enough to hold multiple insulin pens and needles. It easily fits into a backpack or purse, making it perfect for travel. The exterior is sturdy and durable, providing good protection against minor bumps and drops. The gel ice packs keep the needles cool for several hours

For medicines that need to be kept
This works. Nicely made but the fur is quite snug. Would have preferred just a bit bigger.

Type 2 diabetes
This helps me a lot with how much I travel, I appreciate how easy it is to take my insulin with me without the worry of it going bad from being out of the fridge. The ice packs have lasted 5+ hours

Like it.

Didn’t stay cold as long as I hoped
The case is good and strong and comes with two reusable “ice block” bags. I used both and they didn’t last from east coast to west coast by plane but were probably better than nothing.

worked reasonably well, be sure to freeze flat
We just got back from a 2 week vacation overseas where my wife seemed pleased with this insulin case storing her spare insulin between hotel fridges. Probably the best info I can share is my pre-vacation testing:For testing I froze the 2 bags, then put them in the case, zipped up without any insulin pens or anything else, and left it in a room with temps 75 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. I noted that if frozen bag inserts are not frozen flat, they'll freeze into whatever shape they're in when put in the freezer... These do not freeze to a flexible mass, like freezer bags that come with sports wraps, but freeze to a very stiff solid mass. For vacation it did make putting pens in a bit more difficult, and the bag has some pressure on it from the bulkiness of the bags with the pens, but it zipped shut ok and did fine. After 2h 15m: parts still frozen solid, parts a frozen slush. Outsides of freezer bags sweating a bit within the case. After 3.5h all parts frozen slush, sweating continues, is significant but not severe. After 4h 15m half of each bag frozen slush, half very cold gel or liquid feelingAfter 5 hr half of bag a mildly slushy and very cold. Other half is reasonably cold but definitely not frozen anymore. The sweating hasn't been so severe that it's a complete mess, but definitely don't put anything paper or not waterproof in the bag. After 7h bags are cool, but nothing frozen any more ... More like refrigerator temperature or slightly warmer. After 7h 50m cool but not cold. After 8h45m mildly cool ... Cooler than room temperature. After 10.5h effectively done, maybe a hair cooler than room temperature. That seems very reasonable to me.
