Expired shelf life.
This is the good stuff to use for engine sealing. However, I believe this particular item well exceeded its shelf life.Even with the applicator completely removed, it was difficult to squeeze out the sealant.I've used this brand for a number of years. It's never been this difficult to apply.I'll have to buy it from a local auto center, where I can check the flexibility of the content.
