This seems to be an excellent product, very sturdy and well constructed. My husband hasn't let me lift him with it yet, but tested it out on my sister and it worked fine. I needed help with the assembly, wasn't able to do it alone. And it might be a little heavy to fold and transport by myself. Altogether I'm very pleased with it.

Had issues but seller made it right. This time Amazon had dropped the ball with helping with a return. had bought more than 1 item from same manufacturer and causes issues but seller fixed them. Apparently i got one with a damaged frame and they are replacing the frame. That is good customer service

If it's expensive, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! They say you can return an item, however, if it's expensive and heavy, they LATER tell you item is not eligible for free return, then they offer all sorts of 'solutions' that do not work. After saving money to buy a 'portable' patient lift for my mother, turns out it wasn't portable at all. Extremely heavy even when trying to separate into two parts. One person cannot do it alone. Battery button would not dislodge battery from holder either and that was the only problem they wanted to tackle 'dear'. No dear, I need a lift that is actually appropriate to description. Now I'm stuck with this massive apparatus that seller will not take back asking me to pay shipping to return which runs me over $500 ground shipping. No thank you. DO NOT purchase expensive stuff from them, you will be stuck, now we can't afford another lift unfortunately. Inhumane ! Oh and the original shipment was not packaged properly either.

This is a great piece of equipment to help with non-ambulatory man.

My husband was injured recently and can no longer walk. This patient lift has given him a way to be moved and he can do more than just lay in bed. Thank you so much.
