worth what i paid
customer service was very helpful when i had questions i am enjoying this product.

Battery charging issue
First crash just after giving it a nameSecond crash just after it attempts an updateThird crash just after selecting the languageI have yet to get thru the win 11 setup.I gave up did a hard power down, let it charge, ant then reinitialized without an issue.It looks like you cannot charge and use the device at the same time. Once charged it works flawlessly.So let it charge before use. It may be that the run power and charge power exceeds the charger.PS: The power connector is not USB despite using a type-C connector.

didn't work for me
Very slow it restart during use first i thought battery low but on charging same, maybe firmware or hardware problemso didn't work for meUpdateDon't buy it , coz I already returned and return processed but not refund yet Amazon or seller delaying week after week first date 22april, then 2may now 5may that already passed no refund

It's neat but needs more work.
This tablet device is quite unique for what it offers for I/O that you wouldn't usually see with other typical tablet devices such as 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports and multiple USB ports on it. Unfortunately, this device needs more work, the major issue is the fan noise, and the fan speed is always running at high speed even when there's no load. Another issue is the Wi-Fi card used which is Wi-Fi 5, not the newer Wi-Fi 6 standard.

Received damaged, Returned, but seller withholds my money
The device I received had faulty ram, leading to what endless blue screens, low speeds, and general processing issues. Upon returning the device, the seller refused to give me an invoice equal the full price, and on top of that I never received any money back after the device was returned. Avoid this company all costs!
