The quality of the lamp is very good and looks very classy. Received a candle too along with the lamp.(shown in the first pic.) The packaging was great. So received in perfectly good condition.

Broken product delivered and we bought it in a pair, we found powdered glass and some broken small pieces in the packaging material, inside the cardboard box and also inside the lantern. I hurt my fingers removing packaging since it had broken glass pieces. Such a bad packgaing. The lantern is also very very poorly built. Its like the glass might fall any minute. We had to vacuum the entire floor to remove glass pieces. Careful

The lantern looks absolutely beautiful . The finishing is very elegant and surprisingly premium. Hence, it's a steal for the price. However, one of the side glass panes was detached in my order, and cannot be fixed back. I'm not returning it only because it's not worth the hassle, and the product is no longer available to order a replacement. I've now read multiple reviews where customers have complained of broken glass, etc. The seller should look at better packaging to improve this, since it's a shame if people are returning such a beautiful product due to this issue.
