Excellent product but not the most user friendly interface for elderly.

I gifted my mom Saregama Caravan Marathi on Women's Day 08.03.2022. She was very happy. She learned to use it very quickly. The song quality is superp. The only problem i faced was when i paired my device with Saregama and wanted to play the songs from the Saregama app, it showed you are not connected. I hope this stays with my mom for more than five years.

Worst experience ever.....faulty product received. Songs are not complete....most of the songs are repeated, the display name shows Lata Mangeshkar and the songs played are of Mohd Rafi.....issue list is big. When i raised this with the saregama caravan customer care on 1800-102-7799 about 10 days back they assured that the product will be picked up within 48 hrs and a replacement will be delivered in 8 days. For the last 8 days i have been receiving messages of the reverse pickup being initiated but till date nobody has physicaly picked up the item. Also to my surprise on 25th Aug I recieved a call from a mumbai number of Saregama asking if I was happy with product and the service....This is just disgusting and poor customer service.

I just loved this beauty. I purchased Marathi version as a gift for my parents and they loved it too. It is a combination of best & latest features in a single box which is handy, sturdy and eye catchy. They keep giving me feedback that it has huge song collection; i have not heard it though. I am planning to buy one more for us as we cannot resist to own one.

Good looks, clear sound, good song collection.Many Marathi songs nicely stored under different topics e.g. Natya Sangeet, Geet Ramayan, Bhav Geet. Also, has some Hindi song collection.The charger cable was faulty and it seems it is not covered under warranty which is very bad. I am giving this product as a gift to someone and imagine that a new product accessories do not work.
