I bought this phone back in July 2024. Started using it in October 2024. I was sure to get a good case for it, and I did not get the Samsung care because I did not think I would need it. What a big mistake.The phone was great, while it was working. I loved it.Then the problems started a week ago, the inner screen began “glitching” and it became unresponsive.If I closed it and opened it again it wouldn't respond or would take a good 20 minutes to respond again. It was very frustrating.Then I thought this should be covered under warranty, I went to a Samsung local repair tech, and was told that I had a small scratch and that I needed to pay $400 to get my phone fixed.I used this phone for less than 6 months, took extremely good care of it and these problems came out of nowhere. And now have to pay $400 to get it repaired. I am very disappointed!Please don’t waste your money on this.

Solid high end specs on a Samsung flagship, this phone delivers a great overall experience. You can also often snatch it at a significant discount or trade in offer at Samsung. Yet although the folding display technology has improved greatly over the years, it's still not cutting it for me. The phone still seems rather fragile to breaking, or to sweat and particles getting stuck under the folding display. Still it boasts a a great camera, processor, speed, and all around specs for a good price.

The phone works great right out of boxing. Able to sunc with Google accounts and phone carrier no issue. The slip design allows for durable transport. Great product from Samsung

I had this phone for a couple of months. Took very good care of it, never dropped it, never got it wet and out of nowhere the inside screen of the phone will become unresponsive / turn black / glitch. I checked online to see if I just got a defect but multiple people have reported this exact same issue happening with the Z Flip 6 a month or a couple of months after use. This is a known issue with this specific model of the Z Flip 6 and Samsung refuses to recall the device. I've already ordered a new phone to replace this one, I expected more for a phone that they're asking over $1K for (luckily I did not pay the full amount, but this is still unacceptable)DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE the screen repair alone could potentially cost you almost $400 even with the Z Flip Assurance warranty.
