Works well. Well designed
My old guide was not square. Got this in and tried itI clamped in a plane iron, almost perfect square. Started on 180, and the wheels fell off. Be sure to tighten them with the Allen wrench. Also use pliers to tighten the adjustment knob. It will not hold if only hand tite. Went up to 1800, and stropped , this is the result.

Great deal for the money!
Really like the mountable plate it comes with (screws included of all things), and how easy it makes setting the angles. Not sure how I feel about the split wheel design as I've only just started using it, but I'm sure it is to allow for further adjustability. There is only really one major concern I have, and it is the quality in the long run. The material that the alignment guide plate is made out of is very soft and dings easily. I worry that over time, if the guide is made of the same material, that continuous clamping and unclamping of chisels is going to bite into it pretty quick. Still, all in all a great deal for the money!

Fantastic for the price
Decent build quality holds chisels and planes nice and flat. Haven't double-checked the accuracy of the guide but I'm not quite picky enough to care it's probably plus or minus.25 degrees and repeatably is more important than "true accuracy" when it comes to jigs like this.Only 1 major con so far. The adjustment thumbscrew sticks out below the base of the holder when setting blade depth which causes issues so you have to make sure the thumbscrew is off the side other the table so it can be accurate

nice set
I've struggled with getting a good edge on my chisels and this is a nice set. Love that it has everything you need to quickly find the angle as well as identify the chisel you have. After a little practice, locking in your chisel is simple to use on your favorite whetstone. Not sure if this also matters, but the whole kit is pretty weighty which I feel makes it easy to keep a smooth and steady rhythm.

First impression
So far I have used it to sharpen one chisel but my impression is that it is a high quality device, well designed, and performs well.
