Tall & Pregnant woman here!
Height: 6’1”Weight: 275lbsPregnancy: third trimester, week 36, due Oct 15th**Initial concerns when purchasing (prior to arrival): cheaper than most rocker/glider chairs I was looking at for the nursery. NOT a rocker/glider chair, so not sure this would be a good fit. With my height and weight, and hips expanding for birth, wondered if myself + baby would fit.Final Thoughts:- [ ] Room for me: Perfect back length and foot rest I just push further out from the chair to support ankles. Comfortable foot rest, plush and comfortable chair- [ ] Room for me and baby: Haven’t had the baby yet, but arm rests are high enough to be comfortable I would think while supporting baby. I have a nursing pillow too, so with that I really am not concerned about me and baby fitting comfortably- [ ] Cushion / support: As I said, very plush. Like a soft cloud that hugs you- [ ] Torso or leg overhang: Really not any at all, which is surprising for my build (both length of 36”Inseam and long torso + wide hips and large chest and obviously..PREGNANT beyond belief)- [ ] Assembly: My husband installed for me. I just remember giving him the box, folding two baby blankets and then turning around and the legs were in and it was ready to go. He did show me four little plastic thick latches that hook to the legs and bars underneath, we think those are to better clip the cushion in and detach for washing- [ ] Color: Got the beige and it’s no cream and not white. Very soft off-white I would say. Not bright to the eyes, but not dark where it almost looks rugged or dirty.- [ ] Size: the size of this chair is nice because we have a very small nursery room, maybe 7ft by 7ft, and we just set it in between two connecting walls in the corner. Compact enough to fit in a small space, but comfy and big enough to support my large size and the rooms small size.- [ ] Dog hair stick to it? We have a Siberian husky who sheds white and a Black Lab who obviously sheds black. I have not attempted to vacuum this chair since dogs and baby haven’t really been in the nursery and around the chair since received and setup. Since I got the plush chair, I will probably just machine wash on delicate to be sure to keep it looking nice and feeling soft. Should do the trick.- [ ] Cost for what you get: Happy with the purchase but I was nervous since all the other mommas out there get slider chairs or rockers and this does neither and is cheaper than the rest. I think the foot rest is a must, and me and baby will be comfy during feed time or when reading books.- [ ] Should I have gotten a rocker or glider for me and baby instead of this chair? I don’t think so honestly. I wrote all these questions down that I had when reading reviews, in hopes my experience with this chair and my answers to the questions I had, helps someone else out there. Specially first time moms trying to save a few bucks, or a few hundred.Overall I am happy with my purchase. Chair is sturdy, holds me nice, great color, very soft, very plush so you don’t feel the support bars or beams or whatever, and looks so nice and clean in the nursery. All that being said, I hope it last for years to come. Maybe one day as baby grows older, we can move this to an indoor porch or nook for reading.Hope this pregnant mommas review helps! I never see tall large hipped and chested woman review things. I can’t be the only one on Gods green earth lol*EDIT*:Had baby and can say with confidence that a rocker/slider would NOT have been a good fit. Here’s why; we ended up having our baby Oct 22nd (a week late from due date), this is really important other than to note that I have used this chair for every. Single. Feeding. For the last TWO MONTHS, and still using today. I do not plan to stop using this chair. Look, I’m tall and although getting back down to my post pregnancy body slowly, I am still 6’1”, don’t see that changing lol. This chair is still comfortable and most importantly, I wanted to provide this update because ITS BETTER THAN A ROCKER/GLIDER if you plan to breast feed and not bottle feed. I have the nursing pillow I use for every feeding just cause it’s way easier than stacking multiple sleeping pillows to achieve the height needed for baby and I to have a comfortable feed, SO that being said, you can’t breast feed a baby rocking or gliding back and forth, the baby wouldn’t be able to stay on your nipple with that movement. Even though I am tall, this chair provides me with the optimum position (90* angle) to feed baby where my back isn’t killing me, and baby can continue to latch and draw milk.HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE GOING TO BREAST FEED. This chair has not only saved me money, but it’s been the best place to feed my baby so we both feel good about the experience and can spend our time bonding and not worried about too much movement during feeding time.(Also recommend getting a nursing pillow. Just so comfy while feeding and really heightens the experience)

I was hesitant to order a chair online because I am the Princess and the Pea Butt when it comes to seating. The chair arrived swiftly and was easy to assemble, but I did watch review videos to confirm I was doing it correctly. The included instructions are somewhat unclear and do not tell you where to use the attached ribbon ties. As I assembled it, I noticed the material was much thinner than expected, but this ended up being a bonus because it's not a hot chair at all. The manufacturer has managed to achieve fully soft, fluffy comfort without it feeling too warm. I love this fabric, truly. The chair appears to be well-made and is sturdy. The seams are reinforced to the point of being very thick and stiff...but for me, the design keeps those seams from making contact with my body. I am a smaller woman, so the headrest is a true pillow for me. For others, it might provide some neck support. This chair provides no lumbar support, but it's not an issue because of HOW the chair forces you to sit. It's a true lazy chair - for maximum comfort, you lean back in it. You can sit up and/or lean forward, if desired, and it is still comfortable, but leaning back in this chair is so satisfying. The sides of the chair, for me, strike the right balance between armrests when you want them, but not in the way when you do not. It's great for console gaming, TV watching or book reading. The included footrest is just right. It's lightweight, but does slide on carpet. When I am not in the chair, I just flip the footrest into the seat and it ensures my pets stay off my new favorite chair! I would not hesitate to recommend this cozy chair to anyone.I am including images that reflect the thinness of the fabric, the back of the assembled chair...and the full front view of the chair with my own little lumbar pillow and a side table also purchased from Amazon.

The fabric is smooth and the filling is fluffy enough to give you a comfortable sit down.
It was a challenge to assemble as I first looked at the directions but once started everything fit into place. Piece of cake? Except for the last piece on the plate. The middle support bar that so many have complained about Couldn’t figure why a piece so easy to attach was a probkem Then I saw that one end was not as straight So it will NOT fit in the slot . I hope to pound it straight - the metal is very heavy dutyAs far as comfort love it I’m petite. It’s just the right size My cat has already claimed ownership too.

Comfortable chair
The chair is comfortable and sturdy enough. Assembly is extremely easy and the color matched my floors. The issue i had was the shedding of the material on my black clothing but it might just be the first encounters with setting up the chair. Otherwise wise it is great lounge chair for the price.

Cat Owners Beware…
Alas, yet another comfy piece of furniture claimed by the cats. Cat owners should be aware that this $180 lazy chair will most likely become a $180 cat bed…I did purchase the really pretty plush green color…but ended up having to protect the plush from their claws and cat butts by covering it with blankets.I honestly don’t know why I even try buying anything of comfort value for my own lazy butt. It just gets commandeered by my feline masters.

I love this chair
This chair is incredibly comfortable. The foot stool really makes it almost like a recliner. Unfortunately for me, my 2 small dogs also find it really comfy. I like the knowledge that you can wash the cover. I haven't had to yet but it's good to know.

I seriously love this chair. I got the cream because it was the least expensive but I only did so because the entire over can be removed and washed. It cradles you and is deep enough to sit with legs folded. I’m 5’5” and 165lb and this chair is plenty big and cozy for me.
