Quick, tasty but a little overpriced
This is a nice quick way to make the cream sauce for Swedish meatballs, it’s tasty and does the job. Making your own isn’t a big deal but my roux making can be a bit hit and miss and takes a bit longer than mixing a packet with water and then some cream. Watch out for lumps though.My only complaint is that it is a little overpriced.

Great to recreate Ikea gravy at home. Instructions say to make with cream but I use milk and it turns out just fine.

Great product, limit the cream!
Great product and one of the best prices when you need an IKEA fix and can’t go shopping 😂. The pack guidelines say 50ml of cream. I personally think that’s too much. Combine the powder with water and then trickle the cream in until you are happy. Good luck.
