Gained trailer / truck safety
First: The package arrived broken open and in pieces. Doing an inventory the trailer hitch shank, a necessary item, was missing. Calling product support, they offered to pay me for the replacement item, which was found on eBay. A credit for the purchase price was issued to my Amazon Gift Card account.The weight distribution hitch does a great job in equalizing the trailer load with the truck. The tendency to bounce up and down is greatly reduced and hitch noise is eliminated. The optional sway reducer does exactly that - substantially decreases trailer sway influence from passing trucks and side winds.

They sell a hitch like this hitch at leach rv for 1200 bucks and this one it way cheaper. I use it everyday and I love it. Would buy again

Missing parts due to shipping
Appears to be a decent product. When my package arrived, UPS evidently had to repackage it as the original packaging was completely destroyed. I am missing the handle from the kit and all painted parts have paint chipped and scraped off. Granted, that won’t affect the quality as I can easily repaint the bars and hitch but it is the concept that this shouldn’t have happened. Hopefully the seller sees this review and will at least make an attempt to replace the missing handle.
