The fish chunks were excellent. But the brine was not upto the mark.

It's good. I often buy it from Amazon. Taest smell freshness and brand all are exilent.Value for money.

Absolutely superb quality. I have tasted most brands of canned mackerel and this is the only one that retains the texture of the (properly cooked and not overcooked) mackerel fish. Very tasty, just the right amount of salt so the fish can be eaten with the brine, quite flavourful and just the right size for one person. I also like that the can can be opened without any tools, makes it much more convenient and handy. The product is imported from Thailand and still sold at par with local products, I am not sure why the Indian brands cannot put the same effort into ensuring the flavour and texture of their products.Mackerel is an oily fish, rich in Omega 3 fats, and hence one of the healthiest foods on the planet. It is a very healthy (and in this case tasty) option for a protein rich meal.

Ordered 7 pieces. 5 of them were dented, damaged tins and looked like someone has tried to open them or they were badly handled during shipping. Opened one of them, as it was dented, it opened haphazardly and the produce inside was all over the bench. I doubt these were a fresh batch and recommend NOT buying this. Cannot trust a product that is tampered with or poorly handled!
