I bought this being lazy to workout for abs. Looking for simple methods to workout my abs. So I gave it a try. It's easy to use. Used it for a week and everything seems fine. For this price is definitely deserves a chance, if you are having any second thoughts you can buy it .

I'm not sure that I see much difference with this if I'm honest although it does feel like I've done a light workout with this after. Not all my pads work and didn't when I got it but it was only two and I didn't really care for the price. It fits fine although the arms bands I normally end up tying a sock around to hold it close to my arm.
