Very good advanced first aid device
A good thing to have if you are one of those who adventure a lot.. you can never be to prepared in the event you get cut open and need good closure devices available.

Very impressive
I just surgery with several open wounds closed with staples. The surgeon did a poor job closing one of the incisions. I also came down with a cough. The coughing causing the contraction of my abdominal muscles which causes bleeding around my staples. I had my daughter apply this wound closure kit. It closed the wound tightly. no more bleeding. I couldnt give it a higher recomendation. I subtract 1 star because of the high price

If you want to be prepared...have these on hand.
To be fair, I have not actually had to use one of these but I have been wanting to stock my first aid kit with them for a long time. I have had many medical personnel and friends tell me that these are a very smart thing to have at home and can spare you from needing stitches if you use them right.The price for these at time of review ($15) is about average for these kits on amazon. This wound closure kit includes everything you need to use this. They have included in English, an easy to follow, step by step instructions on what to do, with pictures as well. The wound closures and dressings are sterile and not made with latex for those who are allergic.There are only 4 actual closures so that could be 4 small wounds or 1 bigger one. To be safe, I would probably have to buy more to have these in multiple first kits.
