I ordered this probiotic for pre- period bloating. I highly recommend this product. Personally I like the way it helped me feel lighter in my tummy. It definitely helps with digestion.I don't believe this is to help you loose weight.

Love this product. No bloat and reduced appetite. This pill alotts me to feel fuller faster and has helped me to trim down my waistline. Would recommend trying if bloating after meals is an issue.

Awful, I took one capsule after meal… within 45 mins I was so sick. I experienced burning, light headedness, dry heaving, disorientation. I snap out of it 6 hours later, fine just tired. So I figured weird maybe I didn’t eat enough, so I took it one more time after eating a big meal with fats, Proteins, carbs- well even worst experience major vomiting, low blood pressure, horrible ab pain. Horrible heart burn. I mean it was worst sickness EVER. Never ever again

I have no idea if it's working to be honest. I sometimes I think it works too well and makes me gassy.

👍🏻👍🏽🚽 Initially I bought HUM Flatter digestive enzymes. THOSE (without probiotics) I recommend with twenty star ratings. The No- Probiotics Flatter Me Digestive enzymes function as advertised & I had good success with it. But, the HUM Gut Instinct product by the company -- HUM digestive enzymes with probiotics -- I was astonished do absolutely NOTHING to help with regularity. If your experience is anything like mine ..I recommend based upon my experience to forget the HUM Gut Intinct probiotic & instead I absolutely give my absolute devotion to this Digestive aid product pictured here -- HUM Flatter Me. But, HUM Guy Instincts was a waste of money. 👎🏽 Hell. No. A waste of money. But ...run, don't walk to buy the HUM Flatter Digestive Enzymes with No Probiotics. (The light green bottle) The Flatter Me in the light green bottle Digestive enzymes with No Probiotics is all that & more --- . You'll be poopin up a storm. ...But, HUM Gut Instinct product with probiotics ain't worth a poop. With all due respect. Bu, this Flatter Me HUM Flatter me It's gentle and very, very effective. Worth buying for regular use. Or, only for when you have trouble. Both uses are perfect because it's gentle, effective, natural, & worth every penny. It's gentle & effective & it causes a subtle taste of pineapple in your mouth. Very pleased. You'll be giving a crap immediately after you take it. HUM Flatter Me works gently & effectively...

Product works fine and I didn't experience any ill-effects, but I also didn't have great results, just....fine. While these did seem to lessen my immediate discomfort after eating, I can't say it did much for general bloating. I had better results with a more traditional gas-relief chewable, and far less discomfort than I achieved with this product. I would say this item is good if you know which specific foods trigger more of a reaction in you, and then you can use just when you know you are indulging in those foods. When I start with any new supplement I always begin with a half dose and slowly work my way up, and I will say there were better results once I was full dose (which is a pill with each meal). Overall though I felt better with other supplements so I can't justify the price point of this product against what I know works better for me. If you hate chewables though, give this a try since I did prefer swallowing a taste-less capsule over having to chew a chalky tablet.
