Omega 3 has so many great benefits for health and this supplement supplies that.It is easy to swallow, and it is suggested to take 2 capsules daily with a meal.I have taken them and I had no discomfort. It does leave a mild fish aftertaste. However I have tried a few different Omega 3 supplements, and lof them left an aftertaste. SonI assume it is something normal.The quality of this supplement is great. And the price is great too.

Great fish oil supplement!
Can't complain much about these! They're pretty standard fish oil capsules and do exactly what they're supposed to. I'd definitely recommend these as much as any other fish oil supplement
