Q: Does this pillow have a slot for your arm to go underneath it? For side sleepers

No, it does not have such a slot. It is meant to be used with the Medcline wedge pillow, which does have a slot for your arm. I have used it with the wedge that way, but I also sometimes just put my arm underneath the full length body pillow and I find that comfortable enough.

What I did, because I sew, is I undid about 3 inches of the stiches and restuffed it with a lot more fill then sewed it back up. It is now better than when I bought it. They do not put enough fill in it at all. Mine is perfect now. Hope this helps.
