Works fine, great size
I think the battery would die rapidly if you used this at full speed for very long. But it works well. I use it to get around large campgrounds when I'm camping, so I never need to go exceptionally far. Overall, a good buy for the money, but I would be leery of going a long distance on a single charge.

DON’T BUY!!! SCAM !!!
I ordered this same scooter twice . Once as new this time as used as the first time came completely disassembled and had missing parts. I needed the scooter for transportation as it’s getting cold and walking isn’t doing it . It gets hers I open the bus and pull out a piece of junk. Missing screws from a KEY part. It’s obviously used and dirty maybe the last owner returned it and it wasn’t inspected but this isn’t far whatsoever. I don’t recommend purchasing as it’s a hassle.

Large, we’ll made and smooth riding
I bought this for my college daughter…She loves it. Smooth riding with large air filled tires. It has a large foot base which makes it easy to stay on for a few mile ride. I love the safety features..tail lights, a bright head light and side blue lights that light up around her scooter so all can see her coming. It also has a bell/horn. This is important because the scooter is so quiet.I read all the reviews of the cheaper models and I am so glad we went with this one.

Mixed Feelings about this one
I will say that I have now tried 3 different scooters, all similar sizes at this same price point, so I am coming from a little bit of knowledge here about what to expect. This scooter has some great features, but also some pretty significant shortcomings.I really wanted to like it.For the positives- It has a nice wide platform, with really nice grip. It doesn't seem to take up any more space than the other ones, but it has more useful space to stand. You can stand comfortably with both feet next to each other. And, there is cruise control. Those two features make this the most comfortable ride out of all of them, as long as you are going on a smooth road. It's fairly easy to operate and to ride. But the drawbacks- battery life is not great, it gets only about half as far as it claims, and that's without running the speakers (which, by the way, might seem like a good idea, but they are average at best and annoying in reality, and would have been better to have just been left out entirely). The build isn't great, it has one bolt that just won't go in straight no matter what, and the clip that holds it together when it's folded for storage is just an add on piece to the handlebar that looks like an afterthought. It doesn't have any sort of suspension, so you feel every bump and lump along the way.I actually had to return the first one I got because of several issues right out the box. I am glad I did because that would have been a much worse review. But, the replacement was much better and I can give it a serious 3.4 stars at this point. I just wish it was better because I love the wide platform and cruise control, and would love some more power and battery life to go along with it.

Easy to Assemble, Simple to use.
First, make sure you are reading the right reviews. :-) The unit we have does not have a seat. It does have Bluetooth Speakers. :-oNonetheless, it was easy to assemble (a mere four screws + spares) yet folds down for storage. Unit comes with a (manual) tire inflator, and fully charged from out of the box in under 90 minutes.Controls are simple and intuitive -- once you have it set. Various options are set by different combinations of long and short presses on the power button. You will need the user manual incredibly most times to do these operations to make sure you don't turn a feature on or off that you do not intend. (thus the one star off).Other than that one slightly bothersome feature, definitely runs nicely, and can carry a heavier rider (see weight rating for the one you've bought). The unit has two settings, one of which holds the scooter to 9 MPH. For most kids, this is probably a better setting. Other setting more than doubles the speed available, And probably goes faster than most kids on a bicycle. Finally, the Bluetooth Speaker is a nice if slightly hilarious touch. You can pair your music device with your scooter and the music comes out on the scooter. This way you can avoid wearing earphones which would be a safety concern, not to mention illegal some places. They also note that the scooter has quite a few more advanced features you might not expect, including a front light, and a tail light slash brake light built in.Not break the bank expensive, definitely well built, and handy for an adult size person to scoot around for localized errands or such.Have not yet figured out how to lock it if it wants to be left outside of a store for example, so we'll say that a piece of frame that a chain could be passed through would be useful.
