Easy to adjust and use
I bought a pair of these jacks. I prepped them with some grease on the threads to prevent rust while under the house. The welds look good having a circumferential weld around the top. Movement of the screw is free making adjustment easy. The jack fit my lumber without issue. Adjusting the height of the jack while under load was surprisingly easy.
