I bought a karcher pressure washer before this and it didn't even turn on. So i opted for this, but man does this work, its fantastic and runs very smoothly, it runs on both tap water and even has suction from a bucket for water input. Overall best purchase

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased and washed my car a couple of times. Its a great product. Every single part feels solid, fits great. Throws water with a great force can't complain on that. But the major issue I faced is that the hose pipe is not long enough. For reference i have Swift 2020 model and the hose pipe cannot cover the car around, I have to move the machine , which I didn't like. Soap dispenser is not up-to the mark but it does the job just don't expect the thick foam as you see in videos, you need a proper foam canon for that. Other wise it does a great Job. I hope the company will provide the after sell service if needed and it lasts long.Another important note : You need a special kind of connector for the pro foam cannon, the commonly available foam cannon is not gonna fit with this machine.

Product is good but customer care is a bot essentiallyI bought this product last year and for the price it's a bang on product for your car or bike washI used it for my car, my motorcycle and my MTB after trails, but around November last year I had some pressure failure and since I live out of India I'm sure warranty claim would be a hassle so I asked the customer support on maintainence questions, like what the oil was so I can replace it since the old oil got contaminated after I made a mistake of not putting on the filter head which is my mistake but the support team repeatedly told me oil doesn't have to be changed which is fine for the usual case but this isnt the usual case and I need to change it but the answer is the repeated "its designed so it doesn't need to be changed".So I'm not sure if your after sale service experience would be goodI asked a simple question to which the answer could've been standard SAE 5W 15 or so on but no I'm stuck here with a pressure washer without oil for some months nowIf you see this please tell me what the oil used is.Update, the team followed up and it's AW32 OILAppreciate the help provided
