I've been an athlete my entire life so super into fitness and overall health, I’m pretty picky about what I put into my body. I’m not a fan of taking tons of supplements and am very picky about where they're sourced from. I'd seen a lot about beef organs but didn't want to eat actual organs lol so when I found this supplement and saw it came from grass fed grass finished cattle I had to try it.I’ve been using it for a bit now, and the difference is real! I feel a noticeable boost in energy and mental clarity throughout the day. My workouts feel more effective, and I’ve definitely noticed better recovery and muscle support. It’s been great for my skin too, which I didn’t expect.This is probably a placebo but I just feel better knowing what I'm taking is naturally sourced and comes from real animals, not some artificial supplement from who knows where, great for peace of mind.Highly recommend if you want something that’s natural but still delivers real benefits!

My wife started taking some beef supplements so I thought I would find me some as well. These seem to be quality ingredients. Great value for the money. I have noticed a difference in my energy level and my skin has a nice glow. They do not have any weird aftertaste and are easy to swallow.

This is my first foray into this type of supplement so I'm not sure about the value (currently $33 for 120 caps which is 30 servings). Product looks fine - packaging/branding looks professional and legit. Pills are large and they smell like blood. I would take two at night and two in the day. I finished the bag but I can't say I noticed any of the suggested benefits.
