The temperature gauge stopped displaying after only 7 weeks. I purchased the traveling cooler for frequent trips -- 5 to 8-hour flights. I was really depending on the temperature gauge to keep me informed. I haven't even gone on my first trip and now it's past the Amazon return window! Grrrr!

In general the case seems well made and reliable. The biggest issue I have is replacing the battery. This isn't documented anywhere I've seen and seems to not have been well thought through when designing the case. It's necessary to remove the glued on inner cover to gain access to the battery compartment, then glue or tape the cover back on. Some Velcro and instructions would have made the process much easier.

Seems wildly insulated and should keep me cold until I could get back to a refrigerator. However, extremely disappointed the purpose was to keep track of temperature which mine arrived not working did look up how to change batteries or if there was a power button or something, but had to do investigating was no instructions the handle strap is missing not that big of an issue change batteries, and still not working. Feel like I had to break it just to add batteries/change batteries.

This works great! Holds all of my insulin needs. Great at keeping temperature and used it for recent travel out of state. Asked the hotel desk to put my freezer packs in the freezer before we left and everything worked great.

When I received there was no temperature showing . No temperature after freezing the packs and after 1 hour still nothing. I ordered because of the temperature reading for my insulin.
