Good quality cuts with decent pierce count
These plasma cutting torch consumables were used for a few personal and workshop projects, and they worked just as well as factory consumables.Pros:- High Cutting Efficiency: The consumables provided a clean and precise cut on various metals like steel and aluminum, with minimal dross.- Durability: These tips and electrodes showed great longevity, holding up through extensive cutting tasks without noticeable wear.- Easy to Install: The consumables fit perfectly into my torch (Razorweld 45), making replacement quick and hassle-free.- Good Arc Stability: There was minimal fluctuation in the arc, resulting in smoother cuts and less material distortion.-Cost-Effective: For the quality offered, the consumables are reasonably priced compared to other premium options on the market.Cons:- Limited Compatibility: Some consumables may only be compatible with specific torch models, which can be limiting if you need universal options.- Heat Resistance Issues: While generally durable, the electrode can sometimes wear out faster during prolonged use at high amperages.- Slight Performance Drop After Extended Use: After heavy usage, I noticed some decline in cutting quality, especially in thicker materials.

220669 Electrode
I'm was looking for a cheaper alternative to Hypertherm consumables. These seem to fit the bill along with their 220671 nozzle (that I also reviewed). They do have the part number etched on the electrode that helps with reordering. No problem with the fit in the handheld torch either. I didn't see any slag on the bottom of the steel that I was cutting (good sign). This fits the older Hypertherm Powermax 45, so double check the part numbers for compatibility.
