Seems well made. I purchased it to use for a variety of reasons. Keep my drink warm, use as a candle warmer and to warm up honey. So far I have only used it to warm up crystalized honey. I probably will use it to keep my coffee warm when winter comes back around. I may or may not use as a candle warmer.I'm glad I got it.

I’ve had this product about a month and I’m very pleased with it. It keeps my coffee evenly hot. I enjoyed this warmer so much I bought 2 more for my bedroom and office. My only complaint is the cord is to short , I use an extension cord to solve that issue. Highly recommend

I bought this basically because it was among the cheapest coffee warmers I could find on Amazon, and I wasn't expecting much. But it's actually very nice -- larger than I expected, but that's not a bad thing. The brushed stainless and black plastic control panel is an attractive combination, and the hottest setting (180 degrees) does a good job keeping my tea hot. The temperature of the drink will drop at first, but after you're halfway though, the temp will start to rise again (mugs with flat bottoms work best, but I don't have any). The buttons are soft-touch, like on a phone, with no gaps in which to spill things. Two minor complaints: Because the temperature LED readout is recessed, it's hard to read at an angle, like it would be on a desk. And the "hot area" warning on the hot plate was slightly askew.

Item came well packaged and in a timely manner. Quickly heats up and keeps the mug warm, therefore, drink stays warm and I can take my time enjoying it. Recommend this product.

Keeps my coffee nice and warm. The operating button needs improvement. It not sensitive enough. I have to press the button 2-3 times sometimes just to turn on or to change heat settings, which is the reason for the 4 stars.

I absolutely love this warmer. Love the 3 heat settings , the automatic shut off. It arrived in a sprrdy time. I would definitely recommend this warmer.

It heats my tea up, but not the cup handle! I can set it to a great drinking temperature and drink it at my leisure. No more microwave reheating for me!

Seems to work just fine, but the electric cord is too short for what I need. Oh well, I 'll find an extension cord.
