To start of this filter is one of the best I've ever purchased. I personaly use it for the Canon EOS M50 but it's ability to easily screw on makes it compatable with tons of different lense types. This filter is great at reducing glare and makes it very easy to adjust the brightness of photos without compromising picture quality. The fact that it comes with it's own lense cap is just the cherry on top because most other neutral density filters dont come with one and if you didn't have one prior, then you wouldn't be able to use it. This lense is a great value for money and it's functionality and versatality makes it a must have for all types of photography. Overall, Neewer is a great company and this filter is just great and I would love to review more of their products in the future.

Works great and it's exactly what I needed. Great build quality, excellent packaging,, the filter threaded on smoothly, the ring spins smoothly and I was able to drop my exposure for my videos.

I used this for my canon Vixia HF G50 camcorder and it’s a great value ND filter. I exclusively use Neewer ND filters because I can rely on their excellent build quality.

For the price this is a good filter.The build quality is great and the stops are well-marked and easy to read. I have no use for the lens cap cord, but you might.The glass isn't the best, but it's also $16! I have better quality filters, but they're also over $100. So, if you're just getting into photography or want to experiment with long exposures these are a perfect entry point! Seriously, the quality far surpasses the price point! If you want to spend more I highly recommend B+W.Overall I would recommend this as and entry point along with all Neewer products. I have far too many to count and everything I have has never failed me. The build quality always surpasses the price! I have gear from Kirk, ProMediaGear, RRS, etc. and have no qualms in using alongside those.

As a beginner photographer, I did alot of researching and youtubing for my new filter lens to give my outdoor landscape photography a little bit of pazzazz. The fit was on point with My Canon EOS T4i at 58mm. The quality of the lens feels like it was made for my camera, so no hesitations about that. The value for my money's worth is great. Couldn't have made a better purchase for my new hobby.

I tried to use this filter to make videos on my Nikon and found on the sharpness that are not in the center of the video is gone and even appear blurry, even in the center it’s not really that sharp anymore on a Nikon s line lens. Then I tried to take pictures, and find obvious subtle warm color on white object which is the most obvious. I put on another $10 UV filter and the image is back to normal. Im not sure how I feel about this filter.
