Soft as advertised
Several reviewers complained that this pillow was too soft, yet the name and description clearly states the this is a soft pillow.I suffer from neck pain. I purchased a much firmer cervical pillow and while it helped, I thought that a softer pillow may help more so I purchased this pillow. I was right. The softer pillow helped relieve my sore neck better than the firmer pillow. While it is very soft, it provide excellent support. Therefore, I recommend this pillow for those suffering from neck pain.

Good Pillow
The pillow's decent, but it does give my neck a little discomfort. It's nice and soft, perfect for those who aren't fans of firmer pillows. On the bright side, the delivery went smoothly, and I didn't notice any weird smells coming from it.

Would Not Recommend
Terrible pillow, it’s so soft and lightweight that it’s like not even having a pillow. No support at all. I tried to give away & it was returned. I ended up throwing it away, nobody liked it. I would give it zero stars if I could!

Works
This pillow gave support for my neck and and I've slept so much better. I'm not tired every morning now.

Give it a try. It feels like a pillow instead of a boulder.
This pillow gives support without making me feel like my head is lying on a rock. I sleep in a cool/cold room, but the foam remains supple, not digging into my neck or forcing my head into an unnatural position. It’s also quite comfortable when I shift to my side during the night. And it didn’t come out of the box with a strong smell. A++ as far as I’m concerned.

Perfect
This is the first pillow that has worked for me. I no longer have neck pain in the morning. Other reviews say the pillow is too soft but that is what makes it work. It allows your head to lay lower than your neck so you get proper neck support when sleeping on your back. I also sleep on my side and it works great for that as well. I have been using this for a month now and will never use another pillow.
