Adjustable size, can be used by all in the family with good, breathable fabric. Good massage speed options from gentle to strong . Heating also works fine, very soothing just like a hot water bag. Good spa like massage especially after a run or a long walk.

Half of the air pockets are defective.
Half of the air pockets are defective and fail to apply any actual pressure on the calves. I have an identical product which eas purchased from another seller on amazon for the same price which performs MUCH better than this one. No option to return or replace either. Extremely disappointed
