Really nice sized tablets. I have always had magnesium that was in the form of huge blocky tablets but these are really nice sized and easy to swallow. Definitely recommend to those that struggle with big sized tablets.So far taking them, I feel really good and definitely help with relaxing before bedtime. I have been taken magnesium for years so I can always tell whether it’s a good product or not and this is.
