Good value Zinc tablets.
Well packaged.Reasonably priced.Like most supplements I can't say if they actually do any good. But they haven't poisoned me so at least they're safe!

No flavour and great packaging
There's not much to them.The price was great and they have no flavour. Can't ask for more.Actually... you can. The packaging is a bag with a zip, which I felt might be appropriatelly more ecoological than the usual bottles.Will repeat if the price stays as is.

The thing about supplements us you never really know if it's doing you good especially if you take more than 1!! I can only say I've felt a bit better but dlso started to take magnesium at the same time do could be either .we
