While the air conditioner is everything it claims to be, the remote leaves area for improment. It will not communicate with the air conditioner unless it has a direct line of sight. You can't close the bedroom door and it work. I find the follow me function pretty useless if that's the case. 4 stars because you cheaped out on the remote communication. It's 2025 stop using ir blasters. My phone can operate my TV from the back yard.

Really powerful. Works great. Does not have directional vent option, but stronger than Coleman Mach 15k unit which I was considering purchasing. Get the non-ducted control panel and air distribution box if you buy this unit.

THIS UNIT IN AUTO MODE WILL NOT TURN FAN OFF WHEN TEMP IS REACHED. Runs until you turn unit off, so all the BS about saving battery just drained your battery when it's hot days and cool nights. I wish I had read that, I would not have purchased this unit. Tech support says its designed to never shut off. I am so disappointed that I purchased three of these and now have to worry about turning off and on manually.

Do not recommend for a ducted only trailer unless you have good carpenters skills.Had to cut ceiling, box in and reinforce and purchase ADB separately at extra cost….Do not recommend

No clue how it runs, would’ve been nice to know the ADB, remote, control panel, etc aren’t included, despite it saying “low profile ADB” in the description. Guess now I’ll spend another $150 on those parts, and wait for them to arrive.

Installed in a couple hours, very user friendly. I have an older Forest River Cardinal, and stepped up from 15k to this 18k, the amp draw is less, the noise is less, and the temp keeps excellently. If you are considering it, highly recommended.NOTE: Do your research, this unit does not come with the Ducted or non-ducted faceplate, you will need to decide which you need, and order separate. Furrion isn't up front about this, got to dig to find out.

Installation was easy. the seller sent suggested parts to ease the changeover

Very happy with the product. Only complaint was no way of tracking. Did arrive early than expected and delivery driver was great.
