PICS attached are with the gate in the downward position. I bought this as a replacement for a crib called (The Lov) "Millennium Crib & Bed" Model No. 4822 from DELTA ENTERPRISE CORP bought back in 2000, 25 years ago. The original plastic brackets/slides were dry rotted when we pulled it out the attic. When I received the new parts, and put it together, I wasn't sure which pieces went where because there is no instructions or vids. Found a comment from buyer that the spring pieces go on top. Had to heat up the "L" bracket pieces that fasten to the gate because the diameter of the wood gate was a little too wide to accept the new brackets but may not be the case with yours. Had to drill 1/8" new holes to support the new brackets but not a big deal, anyone should and can be able to do this. I LOVE this retrofit. I attached photos to show the installation for anyone that need a nudge. Baby Crib is RESTORED!!!

They would not fit

Absolutely NO instructions. Looked for tutorials. Cant find any. Finally figured it out. The straight simple strips are the bottom, the ones with the spring are the top. Once fastened together, the spring pushes back to let the gate drop. The 4 pieces that attach to the sides of the gate are toi narrow. I had to remove one side and.screw it in on the bottom and end.

This item arrived in fairly good time, but I wish the pieces were metal. (I knew they weren't when I ordered them.) However, I am pretty mechanically inclined and have absolutely NO CLUE how these things are to be installed!! There is not one square inch of instructions with them. Nothing! I have turned them every which way but inside out and don't see any possibilities. If I figure it out and find that I was just being dim, I will edit this review to that effect.

We have searched everywhere locally to find this product. During our move one of the hinges broke. We ordered this and it works perfectly with what is already on the baby bed.

Took a gamble and bought this in hopes of not having to replace a crib. It works! Didn’t come with any instructions, but I knew what part(s) were missing from the crib originally so it was simple for my husband and I to figure out. However I can understand the confusion of others.

We researched our crib and was given this item number. When received, we realized it was incorrect. Wish we could return. Disappointed that we can't. Now $14 out and a crib that is garbage.
