Q: Can u make biscuits from the scone mix?

It has been my experience that you can do many things with this mix. For example I add blueberries and bake in a silicon tray in wedge shapes. I don't see why you couldn't make biscuits with this though I think there are less expensive mixes you could use. But if you like the taste of the scones go for it.

Q: Can you make Victoria sponge with this?

This mix is best used for making shortcake rather than spongecake.

Q: What does "12x18oz" mean? Twelve 18oz. packages? Probably not!
