The media could not be loaded. I totally love this idli cooker . I regularly make idlis and this time had some problem with my idli batter, as it wasn’t fermented properly ...but luckily this time I used this cooker for the first time and It made such great idlis with that batter too 😅 Looking forward to making awesome idli making journey with this cooker ahead , have given 4 stars because of its light steel quality , otherwise it is perfect !!

i really like this idli cooker made of steel.pros:cheap, easy to clean, light weight, perfect for me and my husband, medium size idlis, very very cute, arrived within 2 days.cons:negative reviews, made me doubtful, ordered after thinking for a week, not suitable if u want really big sized idlis.Having listed pros and cons, i would still prefer this cooker as I am not ready to pay some 38+ dollars for another aluminium idli cooker that will make 16 idlis for me..I mean this is a really good cooker trust me.

The Top Cover holder was not fitting properly, the screw was loose & the Top black holder came out on the 2nd day of use. The top part was not closely fitting with the bottom part so most of the steam were coming out of this gap instead of coming though the top nozzle.Not very satisfying use. Thinking to return or use the plates if they fit into my prestige pressure cooker. This is the 2nd time i ordered this model. The 1st time I ordered, came with black material around handle broken and have to return and the 2nd one is having steam leakage around the lid . Very unhappy. Hope they sell a good quality idli maker

With give price it is fulfilling its purpose. Good quality steel and very easy to clean by hand or with dish washer.

Not good. It does not close tight to get whistle to cook.Last plate is always getting I ngbwatrr flooded and we waste idle every time

The product is very good... I use almost daily.. getting soft idlies .. there are no holes in the plate ..so easy to greeze it with oil and make idlies.. can make 16 idlies at one shot

This product works very well. I bought this replace an old one I use to have for a long time. I read in the review that the idly size comes small with this. It is not true. We are able to make the right size idly with this. The product is made well and sturdy.I have couple of suggestions. The height is not enough between plates. The top plate touches the next plate idly. I add stainless steel washers to increase the height. Small holes are there where you pour the idly. I think it is not necessary / should not be there as dirt stay in the small holes and gets into the idly even you clean the plates well.For the 2 items I have mentioned given 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
