the fan does not oscillate not what it says i have to manually move it it’s a pain but i needed it and could not send it back waited along time for my soil as it was set me back a month of growing

Product description says it is an oscillating fan..not true. Had I known this I would've just bought the ones that were 4 dollars cheaper..

As someone posted previously, it doesn't oscillate. You can manually move it to point in the direction you want it. Other than that, you have flexibility to use the clip or the base that sits on a flat surface (both included). It is also quiet, so if you need it at work you can still hear. I have bought a lot of fans for work over the years, and this one is one of the best.

So far, so good! The clamp has a nice, solid grip and the fan is strong. I was worried this would be a rattle-y, cheap-o little fan, but I am impressed right now. I have it clipped to my bedside table (the kind you pull in over your bed). I almost wish it had a lower setting, it is that powerful!

I like the fan being small with stand and clip on attachment. But this fan does not oscillate. It is adjustable. But the only reason I bought it was for oscillation
