Resident Evil 4 (PS4)

Resident Evil 4 is a game which any individual indulging in the gaming world would have surly heard about it atleast once. The game which introduced the "over the shoulder" camera angles which is a common norm in 3rd person shooters these days.So, after 11 years does the game still stack up as the best gaming has to offer? The short answer... Yes and No. Resident Evil 4 puts you in the shoes of Leon Scott Kennedy(one othe survivors of the Raccoon City Incident)on a mission to save the president's daughter who has be kidnapped by an unknown group. The events that take place are 6 years after the previous games. The story is not all that much connected that you would need to play the previous games to get going. But a quick wiki read on it would certainly make the transition much more smooth.Where Resident Evil 4 really shows it's age are in it's controls. Many may find the fixed camera and restricted movements an issue. Even those who have played Resident Evil 4 in the past may find the transition to the controls a bit jarring but after 1 or 2 chapters you'll get into the groove.Other than the controls you will really not find anything else to complain about. The story as mentioned before may not be anything ground breaking but is a decent B-rate movie.The game is completely rendered in full HD or, 1080p at 60 FPS. The upgrade to HD is certainly a treat but since the game itself hasn't been reworked on, textures look muddy. But all that aside considering this is a ps2 game. It does look good.The gameplay mechanics albeit as mentioned before is a hard transition but non the less is surprisingly well matched for the game that it makes it hard to imagine the game in any other form.To conclude let me just say this, there is a reason why Capcom ported the game on every console and PC. it's a game which stands out. It was a game which raised the bar for game creation forward on. A true timeless Jem.Score10/10

resident evil 4 was also awesome i also loved this game too this was the time first i played in PS- 4 simply mind blowing and spectacular action its also was one greatest resident evil game also the best horror game with all action in it thats what we want resident evil lot of zombies and boss man villains is so good. this is also just super game. i recommend all people to buy this first who have played the 4th resident evil just go for it.

It's by far the best horror game. As a hard-core horror games fan and a hard-core resident evil fan. Anyone who wants to play a real game, play this. BEST GAME EVER...........

Man thiiiiis game is juuuuuuust soooooooo goooooooood.seriously If I would’ve reviewed this game then oh man!!!seriously this god of war 1&2,gta series&nfs most wanted were my favourite ps2 games I’ve ever played.i miss those days when I can buy 5-6 games at a price of a PS4 game.

My fav game,i hav it on ps3,ps2I wud like to buy this game,but the price is slightly higher than digital version,and USA store...I hav to wait for the price drop

Definitely A must buy if u havnt played this before on any previous gen consoles as this particular game redefined the Resident Evil Series.The textures look more polished in the game and the game itself runs at a fixed n smooth framerate, providing intriguing battles with the enemies in the game . Inshort , Pick It up if u havnt played it , pass it off if u have on other consoles as there is no new content or DLC's .
