ClairolNice 'N Easy Permanent Hair Color 9 103 Natural Light Neutral Blonde 1Kit

I've tried other brands of color, and I keep coming back to this one. I've also found that using the 800 number on the box can be very useful--as we age, our hair changes in texture, and it can take longer for color to work on the hair. When the color I was using started to show red, and become brassy, I called and got advice on which color to use. When I thought I wanted to go darker, I called and got great information about how to mix colors before I committed myself to the darker color, and I was glad of it. I've not found that kind of service with any other brand I've tried, including L'Oreal, John Frieda, and another I can't remember.

For years and years I have been coloring my hair with Nice and Easy. I've tried other brands but had problems with dryness, bad color etc. My hair is thin, breaks easily, but this product is gentle on my hair. Color comes out perfect. I always go for ash colors for different blond colors. I don't like too much yellow or red in my hair. I'm getting more white hairs, so am going lighter and lighter for it to all blend in.

I love Clairol Nice 'n Easy Hair Color and was glad to discover that 112B is available online. (At my local stores, I can only find 111 which fades too fast for my medium auburn original hair color.) 112B is a great, rich color, and after one wash is very natural looking. I've had no problem with it fading before my gray roots need reapplication of color. I do recommend that if you plan to use this hair color for an important occasion, start using it six weeks ahead of time to determine if you like the color better immediately after application, or after the highlights and low lights are more noticeable following one or two shampoos.

It was a nicely packaged

I have been using Clairol Nice n Easy for years. I used 99 or 100 and always got the beautiful color I wanted. For the last year, every time I use Clairol I've been getting a dirty ugly rust color. Even when I try a lighter shade number, it still turns out darker and rust colored. I'm ashamed to go outside. Also the dye is thinner than it used to be. It drips all over my sink and floor. I contacted Clairol and asked if they had made any changes in their colors. They said no.

I am so mad. When I mixed the color, it's dark and chunky, not light colored liquid. It's so old. I'm scared to see what my hair color will be. I will never buy from this vendor again.

I found that this product left my hair flat. I'm returning to a non-permanent type because it seemed to absorb more moisture and give my hair more volume. This is from someone with very, very fine hair. I don't need to repeat the non permanent type any more often then this product.

Easy to apply. Color came out wonderful, just as I wanted.
