(Refurbished) APC BX1100C-IN 1100VA 230V Back UPS

The UPS was unboxed as expected, I tried to plugin and charge and it worked fine, One thing to keep in mind is its fans will start when we are turning it off or when it starts taking load and it is normal.

Worst experience, after turning on the ups red glows continuous with beeping sound for about 5 mins, relay button is not working, seller check list says they have tested everything, from my experience I am sure they have not tested anything.

Overall the product is doing what it suppose to do but i have a few questions and i.e is the battery replaced and if yes what battery is used and how long its been since it was replaced and delivered to me.My question comes because the panel was removed and was not put properly one of the screw were tightened without getting the pannel in place and that resulted in bend panel in the ups, I will attach a photo here.ThankyouHope to hear from amazon soon

Device performing Well so far. Minor Physical damage was observed, the screws were not screwed on properly, not expected when buying from Amazon

Editing this review after engineer visit from customer care.This UPS not worked in first use. I contacted customer care of APC. They raised complaint and said me that, their engineer will visit in 3-4 days to my home. Yesterday he visited my home and replaced the PCB with new one. Now this UPS is working fine & I also get 1 year warranty on this UPS. I purchased this Renewed UPS from amazon at 3,996.90 with SBI 10% offer. This UPS's manufacturing date is March 2020. Someone purchased this UPS and returned back to amazon because of problem. I purchased and enjoying.Giving Backup of 40 to 50 minutes with simple browsing and only i7 CPU with graphics card + 23 inch Monitor connected.Great Purchase :)

Let's Talk About issues, ranging from bad to worst:You get your new UPS out of the box, Plug it in, and then disconnect the power instantly -The annoying fan will start spinning and it will continue to spin for 10 minutes or soIt gets HOT like burning HOT - You plug it into your wall and you see the battery indicator is off, which means it's doing nothing just holding the battery voltage to a floating state very little current is being drawn. In this state, the Transformer will get HOT and so HOT that a burning smell will fill your room, eventually the fan will spin into action and cool it down.ISSUE 3 BACKUP - The company said it has a minimum of 71% efficiency. I have a 354W load. and the UPS has a 2 x 12V, 7AH Battery (84 + 84 = 168WH) now with 71% efficiency it should get me around 19-20 minutes of backup, it dose 7m,45s So the efficiency is very dam low on this product.Note: On APC's products page they have a little calculator that calculates the backup of the UPS, and according to that I should be getting 6m of backup. Cause they know the efficiency of that is S***. APC has fallen from grace.ABSOLUTELY DONT Buy THIS Look For Another UPS

The product was in perfect condition without damage. After using for a year now the UPS stopped working and now it won't turn on. I had a power outage and the UPS switched off. Since then I am not able to switch on. I pressed the reset button as well but the UPS won't budge. Contacted Amazon support and they informed to check on APC website for any solution as the product had only six months warranty from Amazon whereas I thought it was 6 months extended warranty. Contacted APC they said the product is out of warranty and visiting and service charges are to be paid by me. Finally waiting for the service engineer. Now APC needs the invoice for the purchase which I am trying to get it from Amazon.
