It's hassle free , good quality material used. It is light weight to move easily anywhere. Quite sturdy . I recommend that everyone should buy this steps ladder. No issues at all.

So far good..
Design is fine and ladder looks good. Height wise also fine. The rods are of steel as expected. 1-2 months in usage. I am only in doubt of the plastic lock and how far it will go.I could like to wait for few days before my final review.

Broke within the first month
Steps are made of plastic, first one broke within the first month; The entire ladder with the weight of an adult male.

Spring of lock came out within a month
Though the product is easy and great to use, the spring of the lock came out within a month of usage which was disappointing.

Ladder is very well manufactured.
The only problem which of course is necessary to be fixed is malfunction of lock and because of it we are unable to use it. I reached to amazon and they directed me to the seller and accordingly I called the seller M/s Karma Steel co. and told them of the problem. They asked me to take the ladder to their factory which is in Bawana Industrial Area which is about 50 Kms. away from my residence which is not practically possible. My submission is had I been In another city and the problem would have arisen how the provisions of warranty could have been honored. I request the manufacturers to kindly instruct me address of their dealers which are within a radius of 5-10 kms. and where I can get the problem fixed.
