Track your own Blood Pressure
This Blood Pressure monitor is easy to use, once you have set up the date and users settings, which can be a bit fiddley to set up.Comparing the readings to a recent GP visit (for my High blood pressure) I find the Kinetik machines readings to be very simuiar.The (Supplied) batteries should last two to three months, depending how often you use the machine to check your blood pressure.

Clear display with a rectangle box. This monitor takes readings as it inflates and possibly because of its portable size takes a little longer to complete. There was mention of cuff placement issues in other reviews however as with all things read the instructions and place higher up your arm. I can use this machine on my own and my arms are chunky :D Please note if you break the seal on the box you must keep this machine due to hygenie reasons. This machine is a lovely size to take away on holiday or trips. I am happy to recommend this machine.

A nice meter but the cuff size is ridiculous .Trying to get it tight and in the right place is not easy .They should make a smaller cuff. This would even be big on Arnold Schwarzenegger arms

I am really pleased with this bp monitor it’s nice and quiet so doesn’t freak me out the cuff is a great size and easy to adjust and a comfortable fit - it’s going to save me a lot of trips to the surgery great price and good quality many thanks
