Q: What is the diameter of the spoon part?

2 7/8 inches or approximately 7.2 centimeters. Much to small for a normal shaker or Japanese style mixing pitcher. Quality is extremely poor and I felt scammed by it. Had to go to a bar supply store to get a real one.
